The Brief

Every year thousands of claims are turned down by insurance companies, many of which appear to be perfectly valid. We were asked to launch a company offering both business and private claimants legal support services on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis. The requirement was to create a brand positioning, brand name, brand identity, website and TV commercial.

Our Response

We turned to the biblical story of David and Goliath for our creative inspiration. Two characters were created ‘Peter Persevra’ and ‘Ian Insurance Company’ who starred in an animated TV ad and on the website. As in biblical times we demonstrated that it was possible for the little man to overcome all the odds and win the day.

The Outcome

The launch established Persevra as a credible, reputable, insurance claims specialist with the expertise to successfully represent private individuals and businesses that have had valid insurance claims turned down. The level of response exceeded expectations in terms of quality and quantity of enquiries received.
