The Brief

To create a name, identity, brochure and website to enable a new development close to Manchester United’s stadium, to secure forward funding from investors in the Asian market.

Our Response

We took our inspiration from the key selling points of the development. Creating a suite of symbols to communicate aspects such as the waterfront location, proximity to a new tram line and the lifestyle available on the doorstep.

Despite incredibly tight timescales, we didn’t compromise on quality, creating a copper buckram hard-bound sales brochure with debossed and foiled cover. In a distinctive, tall format, reflecting the shape of the buildings. Supported by a website and social media content.

All from a blank piece of paper to delivery of all materials within an 8 weeks, enabling Cole Waterhouse to approach clients in Asia on-time.
