Glorious is a design agency. We win lots of work, we do lots of creative stuff and we like our work a lot. We have some young designers with bags of ideas and enthusiasm and some older gents. Some of them rarely shave, while others have a vast array of Adidas trainers.

D&AD President’s Lecture – Matt Pyke, Universal Everything

Last Thursday, a few of us went to the Liverpool Design Symposium and saw Matt Pike from Universal Everything give his talk. I think it’s fair to say that we were all pretty blown away by the whole thing. He seems to be operating on a different level to a lot of designers and his whole studio set up is very interesting. By allowing himself to collaborate with so many individuals working in different media, the work produced is both incredibly diverse and ambitious. What’s more, he seemed a thoroughly nice chap too. Inspirational!
